2. The co-founders of the Prize are the Eurasian Peoples' Association, the African Writers' Union PAWA , and the LIFFT Foundation for the Promotion of Cultural Projects of the Eurasian Peoples .

3. The award founders organize the award process and bear all expenses associated with paying the financial value of the award, producing the award packages, their ceremonial presentation, and organizing the work of the award bodies .

4. The “ WOW World Literary Award” was established with the aim of finding and encouraging authors of literary works to make a significant contribution to world literature on the basis of spiritual and moral values ​​common to all peoples, as they are the main strategic resource for a sustainable and secure human existence and development .

5. The award is given annually. The award is announced by the founders of the “ WOW International Literary Award” through the media. The announcement specifies the procedures and conditions for nominating works for the award, the criteria and procedures for evaluating works, the size and form of the award, and the procedures and timing for announcing the winners and recipients of the award.
